J. Frank Harmon

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Frank Harmon is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company’s North America manufacturing operations, corporate quality assurance and quality control, engineering, and management of the supply chain organization.

Prior to Fresenius Kabi’s purchase of APP Pharmaceuticals in 2008, Frank had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Abraxis Pharmaceutical Products since September 2006.  He joined Abraxis in May 2006 as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations.  Prior to joining Abraxis, Frank was the Senior Vice President, Manufacturing Operations for the Sterile Technologies Group at Cardinal Health where he was responsible for multiple sites throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.  He has also served as Vice President, Biopharmaceutical Operations for Aventis Behring.

Frank Harmon holds an MBA from St. Louis University and Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Western Kentucky University.
