In his role as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC, James Callanan is responsible for driving growth in the company through the design and implementation of effective organization and people strategies. He manages a diverse human resources team ranging from recruitment to employee relations to benefits and compensation. His areas of responsibility also include corporate administration activities and oversight for environmental, health and safety, training and organizational development, corporate communications, and facilities.

Previously, he worked for ZLB Behring (formerly Aventis Behring), where he directed the human resources and training and organizational development functions for the global biopharmaceutical manufacturing division, and had oversight for the company's plants throughout the U.S. and Europe. With more than 25 years experience in human resources, Jim has held various HR leadership roles, both domestically and globally, at major pharmaceutical companies, including Fujisawa Healthcare Inc. and Sanofi.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University.
