John Ducker
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ducker currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of APP Pharmaceuticals. He is also a member of the Fresenius Kabi AG Management Board, having served since 2006, and is responsible for the North America Region that is comprised of the United States and Canada. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO of APP, Mr. Ducker was responsible for the Fresenius Kabi Innovation Centre, where he managed the worldwide research and development, along with the strategic marketing activities, of the Fresenius Kabi organization. He began his career with the Fresenius group in 1989 and throughout the years has worked in various international management positions for Fresenius Kabi. Before joining the Fresenius Kabi AG Management Board, Mr. Ducker was an Executive Vice President of Region Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. In this capacity Mr. Ducker was responsible for the Fresenius Kabi businesses in the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Benelux, Canada, and South Africa. Mr. Ducker holds both a first class Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in chemical engineering from Cambridge University.

J. Frank Harmon
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Harmon currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for APP Pharmaceuticals. Prior to the spin-off of the proprietary business, Mr Harmon served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Abraxis Pharmaceutical Products (APP) since September 2006, after having joined Abraxis in May 2006 as the Executive Vice President of global operations. Mr. Harmon oversees global manufacturing operations as well as the corporate quality assurance and quality control and the supply chain organizations as well as Generic Product Development, Regulatory Affairs and Operational Excellence. Prior to joining Abraxis, Mr. Harmon was the Senior Vice President, Manufacturing Operations for the Sterile Technologies Group at Cardinal Health where he was responsible for multiple sites throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Mr. Harmon has also served as Vice President, Biopharmaceutical Ooperations for Aventis Behring. Mr. Harmon earned an MBA from St. Louis University and undergraduate B.S. degrees in biology and chemistry from Western Kentucky University.

Richard E. Maroun
Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Maroun currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for APP Pharmaceuticals. Prior to the spin-off of the proprietary business, Mr. Maroun served as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Abraxis BioScience, Inc. Mr. Maroun joined American Bioscience, Inc. (ABI), the parent company of American Pharmaceutical Products, Inc. In August 2004 as General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development. Before joining ABI, Mr. Maroun served as Director, Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management for four years. Before 2000, Mr. Maroun practiced law in Northern California specializing in business and tax matters and was a Senior Tax Manager with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Maroun holds a B.S. in economics from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, a J.D. from Santa Clara University and an L.L.M in taxation from Boston University.

Richard J. Tajak
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Richard J. Tajak currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for APP Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Tajak has over 25 years of broad and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and came to APP from Astellas Pharmaceuticals. At Astellas, Mr. Tajak held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance/Treasurer, was an officer of Astellas' U.S. and Canadian operations, a member of the Senior Executive Committee, President of Astellas' captive insurance company and a member of the fiduciary committee of Astellas' Retirement and Savings Plan. Prior to Astellas, Mr. Tajak served at Lyphomed and Fujisawa Healthcare, Inc. Mr. Tajak holds a Bachelors degree in Finance, an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Christopher Bryant, PhD
Executive Vice President, Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Bryant currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Scientific Officer for APP Pharmaceuticals, where he is responsible for all functional groups involved in New Product Development and Technical Services, including: Process Development, Analytical Methods Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Business Development. Dr. Bryant has more than 17 years in R&D management, specializing in all phases of biologics development from discovery through product launch. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at ProMetic BioTherapeutics, a global biopharmaceutical company active in therapeutic drug development for the treatment of hematological and nephrological disorders and cancer. Dr. Bryant's previous experience includes work at Aventis Behring, Centeon, Armour Pharmaceutical Company and Boehringer Mannheim Corporation. He received his PhD in chemistry from the University of California, San Diego. After receiving his PhD he became a post-doctoral research fellow at Eli Lilly & Company. Dr. Bryant holds three patents and his papers have been published in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks throughout the world. He has also been an invited speaker and has presented papers at conferences and symposiums throughout the U.S., Canada, as well as Europe, India and Singapore.

Scott W. Meacham
Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations
Mr. Meacham currently serves as Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations for APP Pharmaceuticals, where he oversees the daily operations of the sales, national accounts, contract marketing, and customer service departments. He previously served as the company's Senior Vice President, Sales and National Accounts. Mr. Meacham joined APP Pharmaceuticals in 2005 to lead APP's Sales and National Accounts teams. Prior to joining APP, Mr. Meacham was with Baxter Healthcare in the role of Vice President, National Accounts for the company's Renal Division, responsible for leading negotiations with national dialysis providers. He began his career at Abbott Laboratories, and held various positions over his 17-years with the company, which included sales, contract analysis, business development, marketing, and corporate account responsibilities. He subsequently rose through the leadership ranks to Director of Sales for Abbott's Critical Care business unit. He is a registered pharmacist and earned a B.S. in Pharmacy from Butler University in Indianapolis.

James W. Callanan
Vice President, Human Resources
Mr. Callanan currently serves as Vice President, Human Resources for APP Pharmaceuticals. In his role at APP, Mr. Callanan is responsible for overseeing every aspect of human resources for APP including: human capital management, benefits, compensation design, environmental health and safety, training and organizational development. He is a member of the APP executive management team. Mr. Callanan's prior position was with ZLB Behring (formerly Aventis Behring) where he directed the human resources and training and organizational development functions for the global biopharmaceutical manufacturing division, and had oversight for the company's plants throughout the U.S. and Europe. With more than 23 years experience in human resources, Mr. Callanan has held various HR leadership roles, both domestically and globally, at major pharmaceutical companies, including Fujisawa Healthcare Inc. and Sanofi. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.
